Please Take Notice that on June 13, 2016 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the Gladwin Jr. High School Library, Gladwin Michigan, the Board of Education of Gladwin Community Schools will hold a public hearing to consider the District's proposed 2016-2017 budget.
The Board may not adopt its proposed 2016-2017 budget until after a public hearing. A copy of the proposed 2016-2017 budget, including the proposed property tax millage rate, is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the Board of Education, 401 N. Bowery Avenue, Gladwin Michigan.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

The Michigan Department of Education has granted Gladwin Community Schools three additional bad weather days. The last day of school for the 2015-16 school year will remain June 9, 2016 for students. The scheduled half days for June 8th and 9th will be changed to full days of instruction.
